Tender Description
Pakistan Navy Victualling Stores Depot in Karachi is inviting sealed quotations from GST, SST, PEC, or Professional Tax registered firms for the provision of conservancy services for the period from 01 October 2026 to 30 June 2027. The scope of work covers daily or alternate day cleaning and conservancy operations at the depot, located at National Stadium Road, Karachi. This opportunity is open to firms with the capability and experience to undertake regular cleaning and maintenance services for a major naval facility.
Items being procured:
- Provision of conservancy services (daily or alternate day basis) for Pakistan Navy Victualling Stores Depot, Karachi, for the period 01 October 2026 to 30 June 2027
The technical scope includes comprehensive cleaning, waste collection, and sanitation of the depot premises as per the standards required by the Pakistan Navy. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience, valid tax registrations, and the ability to provide reliable manpower and equipment for the duration of the contract. Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of CO VSD. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 5-10% of the total bidded amount as a bank guarantee.
Tender documents can be obtained from the depot before 01 September 2026. Quotations must reach the Commanding Officer, PN Victualling Stores Depot, National Stadium Road, Karachi, by 02 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tenders will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders. The contract will be awarded to the technically qualified and commercially lowest evaluated bidder. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations after conveying reasons.
