Const/Widening/Metaling of Roads in Sub Division Danyore halqa-III Gilgit (Part-A & Part-B)

The Gilgit-Baltistan Communication & Works Department invites sealed tenders from eligible firms and contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council for important road construction works in Gilgit city. The works involve construction, widening, and metaling of roads in Sub Division Danyore halqa-III Gilgit, divided into two parts: Part-A and Part-B. Items being procured: - Const/Widening/Metaling of Roads in Sub Division Danyore halqa-III Gilgit (Part-A) - Const/Widening/Metaling of Roads in Sub Division Danyore halqa-III Gilgit (Part-B) The estimated costs are Rs. 5,782,841 for Part-A and Rs. 13,241,832 for Part-B. The tender security and cost of tender forms are specified for each lot. The works will be carried out under the supervision of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD near Eidgah Konodass Gilgit. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration up to 30th June 2027 in Category C-06 or above, renewal fee for CFY 2026-27, CNIC of the bidder, and bid security in the form of CDR from scheduled bank of Pakistan clearly mentioning the contractor/firm name. No litigation or blacklisting certificates issued by Chief Engineer C&WD Gilgit Baltistan are required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division near Eidgah Konodass Gilgit upon submission of a written application and required documents. The original contractor or authorized attorney may collect the tender documents. All bid securities/CDRs will be retained until acceptance of bids and refunded after acceptance. The closing date for submission is 10th November 2026 at 1:00 PM, with tender opening 30 minutes after closing time. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and accurate to avoid cancellation or penalties. GB C&WD authorities reserve the right to reject any or all bids as per GB PPRA rules.
