Construction of 03 Nos Culvert 3 Span Village Allah Bux Chandani, Hussain Chandani & Ramzan Chandani Taluka Mirpur Bathoro

The Public Health Engineering Division Sujawal invites bids for the construction of 03 Nos Culvert 3 Span at Village Allah Bux Chandani, Hussain Chandani & Ramzan Chandani Taluka Mirpur Bathoro in Sindh. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelope procurement method through the EPADS electronic bidding system. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building bridges and other structures including dag belling, dressing, refilling with excavated earth, watering and ramming (991.13 Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio (1:4:8) (213.0 Cft) - Coursed rubble masonry in cement sand mortar (1:4) in foundation and plinth (543.75 Cft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (1:2:4) (69.22 Cft) - RCC work including all labor and materials except steel reinforcement (142.71 Cft) - Fabrication of mild steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, laying, joint making and fastening (5.73 Cwt) - Pointing flush on stone work in cement sand mortar (1:3) (219.00 Sft) - Erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works (8.00 Sft) The scope includes all civil works related to culvert construction with detailed technical specifications and drawings provided in the bidding documents. The project duration is 12 months. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in relevant categories CE09, CE10, EE11 with valid renewal up to June 2027, valid Electric Inspectorate license, FBR and SRB active taxpayer status, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, litigation history declaration, ICAP audited financial reports for last five years, and experience of similar works with supporting documentation. The bidder must also provide detailed methodology, list of equipment, and qualified technical personnel including a B.E Civil Engineer and site supervisor. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS portal by 22nd September 2026 at 2:30 PM. Tender fee is PKR 3,000 and bid security is 5% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available for download on the official Sindh e-procurement portal. The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA Rules 2010. Regular monitoring of the EPADS portal for updates is recommended.
