Construction of new 132 kV T/Line NP Sethi to Pak Cement Factory using existing towers under IESCO Multiyear Tariff

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) through its Project Management Unit (IESCO-PMU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a new 132 kV transmission line from NP Sethi to Pak Cement Factory by utilizing existing towers of 132 kV transmission lines Choasaiden Shah to NP Sethi and Chakwal to Pak Cement Factory under the IESCO Multiyear Tariff scheme. The project is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of Rs. 30,955,346 including PST. Items being procured: - Construction of new 132 kV T/Line NP Sethi to Pak Cement Factory using existing towers of 132 kV T/Line Choasaiden Shah to NP Sethi - Construction of new 132 kV T/Line Chakwal to Pak Cement Factory The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents.
