Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake the construction of 19 culverts across various villages in Umerkot District, Sindh, under the supervision of the District Council Umerkot. The project falls under the category of Road & Infrastructure Works & Materials and aims to improve local connectivity and drainage systems.
The scope includes excavation, cement concrete works, brick pavements, RCC water tanks, and installation of submersible pumps at multiple sites within Umerkot. Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for 2025-26, be active on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Compliance with all statutory obligations, including submission of earnest money (5% of estimated cost) and tender fee (Rs. 3,000), is mandatory. The tender process follows the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 (amended).
Submission deadline is set for 16th April 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day at the District Council Umerkot office located at Soriah Badshah Complex near Teen Talwar Chowk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). Original bid security and tender fee instruments must be delivered in sealed envelopes before bid opening.
