The scope includes excavation, reinforced cement concrete work, brickwork, and installation of culverts at specified village locations within Umerkot. The work sites are spread across multiple union councils, requiring efficient logistics and resource management.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the fiscal year 2025-26, hold valid NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Compliance with all statutory obligations and submission of required bid security and tender fee is mandatory. The tender process follows the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 (amended).
The submission deadline is set for 16th April 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of District Council Umerkot, located at Soriah Badshah Complex near Teen Talwar Chowk, Umerkot. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system, accompanied by original bid security and tender fee instruments delivered in sealed envelopes prior to bid opening.
Pro-Tip: Ensure all bid documents, including the affidavit on E-Stamp paper and bank statements, are complete and properly signed. Pay special attention to the submission of original bid security and tender fee before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Also, verify the PEC category and financial capacity certificates carefully as these are critical for eligibility.
