Tender for Construction of 2x3 Duct Line with Manholes from G-8/3 to PIMS Cancer Hospital (Part-III) under Deposit Head

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) Village Electrification Cell invites sealed e-bids from eligible contractors for the construction of a 2x3 duct line with manholes from G-8/3 to PIMS Cancer Hospital (Part-III) under deposit head. This project is to be executed under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. The tender reference number is 29/2026-27 with contract identification P125494. The scope of work includes excavation in shingle and gravel formation, very hard soil excavation, providing and laying joints and testing of AC Pipe class B 125mm I/Dia with 7mm wall thickness including rubber joints, cement concrete plain in various mix ratios, dismantling cement concrete, brickwork including striking of joints, cement plaster, erection and removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work, reinforced cement concrete work, supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement, providing angles, laying PVC class-B pipeline, and conducting horizontal boring for 6" MM I/Dia. Items being procured: - Excavation in shingle and gravel formation (204 Cum) - Excavation in very hard soil (1790 Cum) - Providing & laying joints and testing of AC Pipe class B 125mm I/Dia (3630 Mtr) - Cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (44 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:3:6 (217 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:4:8 (51 Cum) - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (60 Cum) - Brickwork other than building including striking of joints (102 Cum) - Cement plaster (1:3) upto 1st floor height 13 mm (250 Sqm) - Erection & removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work (836 Sqm) - Reinforced cement concrete work (63 Cum) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement (8648 KG) - Providing angles (0.966 Ton) - Laying into trenches jointing of PVC class-B pipeline 125 mm (30 Mtr) - Conducting horizontal boring for 6" MM I/Dia (30 Mtr) The project requires bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, and have valid registration with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and NTDC Lahore. Bidders must have filed income tax returns for FY 2025-26 and demonstrate financial capability with audited financial statements showing net worth of at least Rs.5,842,800 and average annual turnover of Rs.58,428,000. The bid price must include all applicable taxes. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by **Monday, October 5, 2026 at 09:30 AM**. Bid opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security of 2% of the BOQ cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank is required and must be submitted in original before bid opening.
