Construction of 30,000 Gallons Underground Water Tank for BOQ Block at DHA City Karachi

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the construction of a 30,000 gallons underground water tank for BOQ Block at DHA City Karachi. This project requires contractors or firms with valid PEC registration in Category C4 or above, specifically PEC Codes CE09, CE10, and EE04. Bidders must also be registered with FBR for Income Tax and SRB for Sales Tax, maintaining active taxpayer status with both authorities. Items being procured: - Construction of 30,000 Gallons Underground Water Tank for BOQ Block at DHA City Karachi Bidding documents can be obtained from the Design & Contract Directorate, DHA City Karachi, KM 50, Motorway M-9 (Post Code 75340) during working hours starting from 03 Sep 2026 upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 15,000/- via Pay Order in favor of DHA City Karachi, along with valid PEC registration certificate. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10 Sep 2026 at 1100 hours at the Main Conference Room, DHAC, Karachi. Bid security in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted with the bid. Sealed bids must be delivered to the D&C Directorate DHA City Karachi on or before 17 Sep 2026 by 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives with authority letters. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened on a later specified date.
