Construction of Auditorium Hall and Lecture Theaters Building at TSG Training Centre Lahore on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Mode

National Grid Company (NGC) invites sealed bids from eligible firms and bidders for the construction of an Auditorium Hall and Lecture Theaters Building at the TSG Training Centre in Lahore. This project is to be executed on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) mode, ensuring a comprehensive approach covering design, procurement, and construction phases. Items being procured: - Construction of Auditorium Hall - Construction of Lecture Theaters Building The project involves detailed engineering, procurement of materials, and construction works at the TSG Training Centre site in Lahore. Bidders must be experienced in similar EPC projects and comply with all technical and financial requirements. The bidding process follows National Competitive Bidding (NCB) through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested bidders should have valid PEC registration in the relevant category and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.
