Tender Description
District Council Rahim Yar Khan invites tenders for approved development schemes under the ADP Programme for the year 2026-27 @ MRS 2nd Bi Annual 2026, from 1st July 2026 to 31st Dec 2026 through Punjab e procurement (PPRA). Registered contractors/firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses for 2026-27 and registered on Punjab PPRA website are eligible to participate.
Items being procured:
- Re-Construction of Carpet Road, Tuff Tiles & Laying of Sewerage Line from Ada Shedani to Chanjni Chok in Town Shedani Sharif, Tehsil Liaquatpur, District Rahim Yar Khan
- Re-Construction of Carpet Road, Tuff Tiles & Laying of Sewerage Line from Sadaat Chowk to Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic Janpur, Tehsil Liaquatpur, District Rahim Yar Khan
- Re-Construction of Carpet Road from Akbar Chowk to UC Office Taranda Muhammad Pannah, Tehsil Liaquatpur, District Rahim Yar Khan
The scope includes civil works involving road reconstruction, tile laying, and sewerage line installation in Liaquatpur Tehsil. Bidders must upload technical and financial bids on Punjab e procurement portal as per instructions. Earnest money in the form of CDR @ 5% of estimated cost is mandatory before financial bid opening. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of District Officer (I&S), District Council Rahim Yar Khan.
PEC registration in relevant category, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money submission are required. PPRA rules including circular No. 008595 dated 11/10/2024 apply. Bidders must quote rates against each item; incomplete bids quoting only percentage above or below estimated cost will be rejected.
