Construction of AutoCare Facility at Al-Askar FS Karachi

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the construction of an AutoCare Facility at Al-Askar FS, Karachi. This project involves comprehensive civil and electrical works to establish a fully functional service area. Items being procured include: - Dismantling, maintenance, and site clearance - Cement board partition work (500 Sft) - Construction of inspection pit for oil change with steel plates, angle iron, pit cover, tube light, guard rail - Installation of 1/2" GI air line pipe (100 Rft) - Rubber car wheel stoppers (4 EA) - Epoxy flooring application in service area - Supply and installation of false ceiling with aluminum C-channel (240 Ft2) - Supply and installation of 24 IP65 waterproof LED lights - Signage and graphics work on back wall (144 AU) - Gypsum ceiling works (80 Sft) - Paint works for ceiling and walls (336 Sft and 800 Sft respectively) - Installation of 12 mm tempered glass and single leaf glass door - Provision and fixing of solid flush doors (2 JOB) - Fabrication and installation of MS sliding gate (100 EA) - Electrical wiring for lighting circuits and points (4 and 8 JOB) - Supply of switches (4 gang and 6 gang) - Installation of LED downlights (8 EA) - Supply and installation of distribution board - Supply and installation of PVC conduits (2" and 1.5") - Supply and installation of MS bollard - Plain cement concrete blinding (4 Ft2) - Block masonry work (2 M3) - Cement plaster 3/4" thick (10 M2) - Porcelain tile works (240 Sft) - Obtaining all necessary approvals, NOCs, permits, and clearances The scope covers all preparatory, structural, finishing, and electrical works as per PSO specifications and drawings.
