The PP&H Department District Surab invites bids for the construction of blacktop road from N25 to Dashtegorgaan (Phase-II) with a length of 16.50 KM under composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis. Items being procured: - Construction of Blacktop to Road from N25 to Dashtegorgaan (Phase-II) District SSA Surab (Length 16.50 KM). The project requires experienced contractors with PEC registration in category C-3 and above, with a specialized code CE02, CE01-(i) for Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of PKR 288,302,000 in the last two years and demonstrate financial capacity. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. The bid security must be submitted within 3 days after bid submission. No blacklisting or litigation history is allowed. Tender documents can be obtained and viewed electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM through the supplier dashboard on the EPPS system.
