Municipal Committee Bhera invites bids for the approved Development scheme under M&R for the year 2026-27 through the EPADS (PPRA) portal by registered firms holding Pakistan Engineer Council (PEC) licenses for the respective category for 2026-27. Items being procured: - Construction of Boundary Wall Graveyard Eid Gha Bhalwal Road Shahpur Road Bhera The scope includes construction of a boundary wall at the specified graveyard site on Bhalwal Road Shahpur Road in Bhera city. The contractor must ensure quality control tests at their own expense and comply with all PPRA rules and conditions. Earnest money of 5% in the form of CDR must be submitted through E-Procurement Punjab online system in favor of Chief Office Municipal Committee Bhera. Bids must be submitted and opened on 7th November 2026 at 01:00 PM and 01:30 PM respectively via EPADS only. Incomplete or unsigned bids will be rejected. If the lowest bid is within 5% of the estimated cost, additional performance security will be required. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC and have valid FBR/ATL registration. The contractor must sign an agreement on stamp paper within 15 days of work order issuance. Bidders should download tender documents from the E-Pad portal and submit bids electronically.
