Construction of Boundary Wall at Compressor Station AC-0, Sui, Balochistan

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites sealed bids for the construction of a boundary wall at Compressor Station AC-0, Sui, Balochistan. This procurement is for civil works to be completed within 90 days. Items being procured: - Dismantling of existing boundary wall, angle iron and razor wire (160 Rft) - Construction of new boundary wall including excavation, foundation, backfilling, brick masonry columns, PCC brick ballast, DPC, coping, angle iron fixing with paint, hot dip G.I razor wire, and cement sand plaster (185 Rft) - Relocation and installation of existing gate including construction of gate pillars, excavation, PCC, brick work, reinforcement, fixing of new hinges, plastering, and painting (1 No.) - Construction of culvert over existing fire hydrant line for access inside industrial area with specified dimensions and reinforcement (1 No.) - Providing and laying of 80mm thick tuff paver over sand cushion and brick ballast with proper leveling and joint filling (4350 Sft) The scope includes dismantling and reuse of bricks for ballast, construction as per drawings and specifications, installation of gate with painting, culvert construction with reinforced concrete slab, and paving with high strength tuff pavers. Bidders must be registered with PEC and comply with FBR and provincial tax requirements. Bid security of PKR 60,000/- is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 and the original bid security delivered to SNGPL Transmission Office, Piran Ghaib Road, Multan by 25 September 2026 at 09:30 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM. The contract will be awarded on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. The successful bidder will provide a performance guarantee of 10% of contract value.
