Construction of Parking Shed at PSO Aviation Station Lahore

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the construction of a parking shed at PSO Aviation Station in Lahore. This project involves comprehensive civil and electrical works to build a structurally sound and functional parking facility. Items being procured include: - Consultancy for Soil Investigation DPR (max two boreholes of 30ft depth) - Consultancy for planning, architectural, structural, and electrical design of parking shed (28'×28' and 28'×10') - Dismantling of PCC/RCC walls and floor pavement (5 cubic meters) - Excavation in all soil types including backfilling and compaction (80 cubic meters) - Providing and laying sweet earth sand fill (20 cubic meters) - Stone soling under foundations and floors (5 cubic meters) - Removal and reinstallation of existing paver blocks (115 square meters) - Laying of cement concrete (CC) 1:2:4 and 1:1.5:3 with SR cement (25 and 20 cubic meters respectively) - Brick/block masonry (5 cubic meters) - Application of PB4 hot/cold bitumen waterproofing - Cement plaster works 1" thick (260 square meters) - Fixing of Gutka tiles and matt finish ceramic tiles on facia - Precast concrete pavers installation (30 square meters) - Installation of deformed steel reinforcement bars (5,000 kg) - Laying of sub-base with crushed stone and water bound macadam (12 cubic meters) - Construction of sewerage manholes with brick masonry (4 units) - Supply and installation of 4" UPVC pipes (12 meters) - Electrical wiring and installation of LED lights - Painting works with primer and weather shield paint - Supply and installation of parking shed structure - Fixing of anchor bolts and kerb stones - Roof waterproofing with bitumen and polymer modified cementitious coating The scope covers all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and testing including compaction and cube tests as per PSO specifications. The site is located at PSO Aviation Station, Lahore. Contractors must ensure compliance with HSE standards, maintain site cleanliness, and provide skilled manpower including a dedicated construction engineer and NEBOSH certified HSE supervisor. All consumables and equipment are to be provided by the contractor without extra cost. The project duration is 10 calendar days for mobilization and 170 calendar days for completion from site handover. Eligibility requires relevant experience, PEC registration, and FBR/ATL compliance.
