Tender Description
District Council Rahim Yar Khan invites tenders for approved development schemes under the ADP Programme for the year 2026-27 (MS 2nd BI Annual 2026) from 1st July 2026 to 31st December 2026. Registered contractors/firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses for the relevant category and codes, and registration on the Punjab PPRA website (Punjab e-Procurement portal) are eligible to participate.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Boundary Wall and Installation of Tuff Tile in Guru Gurkhnath Shiv Mandar Tehsil Sadiqabad (Estimated Cost Rs. 7,035,000)
- Construction of Boundary Wall and a Community Center in Sadiqabad (Estimated Cost Rs. 2,965,000)
The scope includes civil construction works involving boundary walls and installation of tuff tiles at specified sites in Sadiqabad. Bidders must upload earnest money in the form of CDR @ 5% of the estimated cost in favor of the District Officer (I&S) District Council Rahim Yar Khan. Original CDR along with PEC certificate and letterhead pad must be submitted to the tender opening committee one hour before bid opening.
Bidders must comply with PPRA rules and submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement portal by 03-11-2026 at 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the District Council Rahim Yar Khan office. Contractors quoting 30% or more below the Technical Sanction estimate must provide a market-based rate analysis.
Ensure all financial bids are complete with rates against each item of DNIT/BOQs. Incomplete or non-responsive bids will be rejected. Bid securities must be issued by the Bank of Punjab as per government instructions.
