Tender Description
Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through Chief Engineer Tarbela Power Station invites electronic bids from contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, renewed for the financial year 2026-27, and who are on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue. The works are to be carried out at Right Bank Colonies Tarbela.
Items being procured:
- Renovation of Store Building of Civil Complaint Office (Power) Tarbela
- Annual Maintenance and Repair of Residential Building at RBC Tarbela
- Improvement of Kitchen and Washroom inside E, F and G Type Quarters at Tarbela
These works involve civil renovation, maintenance, and improvement of residential and office buildings within the Right Bank Colonies area of Tarbela Power Station. The scope includes structural repairs, finishing, and sanitary improvements to ensure functional and compliant facilities.
Eligible bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by the specified closing dates and times for each work. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of a CDR in favor of Chief Engineer (Power) Tarbela Dam is required before the closing date. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
The bid closing dates are:
- Renovation of Store Building: 16/11/2026 at 11:00 AM
- Maintenance and Repair of Residential Building: 17/11/2026 at 11:00 AM
- Improvement of Kitchen and Washroom: 18/11/2026 at 11:00 AM
Bids will be opened 30 minutes after closing time on the same day at the Office of Executive Engineer Civil, Right Bank Colonies Division Tarbela, Tehsil Topi, District Swabi.
