Tender Description
District Council Rahim Yar Khan invites bids for approved development schemes under the ADP Programme for the year 2026-27 (MRS 2nd BI Annual 2026) from 1st July 2026 to 31st Dec 2026. Registered contractors/firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses for the relevant category and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement portal are eligible to participate.

- Construction of Boundary Wall and Installation of Tuff Tile in Guru Gurakhnath Shiva Mandar Tehsil Sadiqabad
- Construction of Boundary Wall and a Community Center in Sadiqabad
The works involve civil construction including boundary walls and installation of tuff tiles at specified sites in Sadiqabad. Bidders must quote rates against each item of DNIT/BOQs and submit complete financial bids. Earnest money in the form of CDR at 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Original CDR along with PEC certificate and letterhead must be submitted to the tender opening committee one hour before bid opening.
