Items being procured: - Repair/maintenance of VCB at 12th Seal Bn Nathiagali - Repair/replacement of 02 x 2 ton AC with fitting/fixtures at Ops room HQ CC - Repair/improvement of fire alarm with fitting/fixtures at DG room MES Substation near NSOTC - Repair/improvement of electrification with fitting/fixtures Jetty at PNS Qasim - Repair/replacement of switch board and ATS panel at DG Room JMICC - Repair/replacement of internal electric wiring with fitting/fixtures for OPS room HQ CC - Repair/replacement of LED lights including breaker with fitting/fixtures for CMES office - Construction of helipad (60ft diameter) adjacent to transmitter site (tx) at HF Radar site Cape Monze - Construction of kitchen store at HQ Coastal Command - Provision of store with bathroom at flag line house HQ CC - Repair/maintenance of polishing and cushioning of furniture for CO office, Ops office, Secy office, MSO office & MSO single office at 14th Bin Qasim Gharo - Repair/replacement/polishing of furniture for Ops room at 18th MSW BN at PNS Iqbal - Provision of furniture for additional requirement 300 x men cook house dining hall at 23rd AD (GM) Bn - Condemnation of unserviceable water supply motor pump sets at PNS Iqbal - Construction of port protection wall at PNS Qasim - Provision of AVR with cable and fitting/fixtures for CCTS at PNS Qasim - Provision of certain facilities/misc works (minor works) at HQCC, 2nd FP Bn, 31st Creeks Bn, 32nd Creeks Bn, 33rd Creeks Bn, PNS Qasim, PNS Iqbal and Nathiagali, NOI/C Port Qasim, 25th AD SC & R Bn, CO 18th MSW Bn, NSOTC Bin Qasim, 12th Seal Bn Nathiagali (up to 50 Mn) - Repair/maintenance of certain facilities/misc works (maintenance works) at HQCC, 2nd FP Bn, 31st Creeks Bn, 32nd Creeks Bn, 33rd Creeks Bn, PNS Qasim, PNS Iqbal and Nathiagali, NOI/C Port Qasim, 25th AD SC & R Bn, CO 18th MSW Bn, NSOTC Bin Qasim, 12th Seal Bn Nathiagali (up to 50 Mn) The scope includes electrical repairs, construction of helipad and kitchen store, furniture maintenance, motor pump condemnation, port protection wall construction, and provision of AVR with fittings. The works are located primarily in Karachi at various naval and military sites. Eligibility requires contractors to be on the approved MES contractors list or provide valid enlistment letter, PEC registration, GST, NTN certificates, and relevant experience. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost is required for contractors not on the approved list. The tender documents will be issued on 30 Sep 2026 after pre-qualification.
