Tender Description
The Federal Government Educational Institutions Regional Office Peshawar School Road invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders enlisted with the C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement follows the KPPRA Procurement Rules-2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the E-PADS system.

- FG Degree College for Women, Peshawar
- FG Degree College for Women, Kohat
- FG Degree College for Women, Bannu
- FG Public School (Boys), Bannu
- FG Public School, DI Khan
- FG Public School (Girls) Khyber Road Peshawar Cantt
- FG Inter College Batkhela, Malakand
The scope includes construction of BS blocks and upgradation of schools to intermediate college level at various locations including Peshawar, Bannu, Kohat, and DI Khan. The works are to be executed as per work orders issued by the competent authority after approval of technical bids.
Eligibility requires PEC category C-04 and above or C-05 and above depending on the specific institution. Bidders must submit bid security at 2% of the estimated cost and adhere to the detailed terms and conditions including submission of bid security instruments and technical evaluation criteria as per the bidding documents.
The last date for submission of technical and financial bids is 22nd September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening of technical bids on the same day at 12:30 PM. Financial bids will be opened after approval of technical bids. Bids must be submitted through the KPPRA E-PADS system. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all bid security instruments are submitted in original and properly sealed in the financial proposal, along with a mandatory affidavit in the technical proposal confirming the bid security amount. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
