Construction of BT Road from Barak to Landhi Road i/c Link Manju Shuri PSDP No. 1495 T2026.3926

The Executive Engineer Provincial B&R District Nasirabad invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of construction works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Construction of BT Road from Barak to Landhi Road including Link Manju Shuri The project requires bidders to have presence in Active Tax Payer List and registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. The bidder must have completed at least 3 similar assignments with a minimum turnover of Rs. 696,522,557 PKR in the last two years and show financial capacity with a valid Green Challan of Rs. 3,000/- and CDR @ 2% of the total estimated cost. Affidavit, notarized affidavit in favor of XEN Roads, CW, PP&H Naseerabad, and TSE No. confirming bid information is required. A brief method statement outlining work execution plan and resource allocation must be submitted. The bidder must have completed at least two road construction projects in the last five years with a contract value of at least 40% of the estimated cost. In case of JV, a duly signed agreement identifying roles and responsibilities is mandatory. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% must accompany the bids. Tender documents and NIT can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids can only be submitted electronically latest by 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM through the supplier dashboard.
