The Public Health Engineering Department District Naseerabad invites sealed percentage rate tenders based on the composite schedule of rates 2026 issued by the Government of Balochistan. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or registered mail to the Executive Engineer Buildings office at D.M Jamali. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Note that no Pay Order will be accepted; only bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank is allowed for earnest money. Firms must write their complete title/name on the call deposit. Only original contractors are eligible to participate; agents or representatives are not allowed.
