Construction of BT Road from Mana to Poi District Ziarat

The Provincial B&R District Ziarat invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of BT Road from Mana to Poi District Ziarat for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The tender fee is Rs. 10,000 and bid security is 4% of the estimated cost. Items being procured: - Construction of BT Road from Mana to Poi District Ziarat Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration. Bidders must have completed assignment of similar nature with a minimum turnover of Rs. 1,000,000,000 in the last three years, showing financial capacity. Original hard copy of CDR must be delivered to the Executive Engineer office within 36 hours after bid closing time. Failure to submit within stipulated time will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must have successfully completed three projects of similar nature with one project costing not less than 100%, one project costing not less than 75%, and one project costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit affidavits attested by a Notary Public/Oath Commissioner declaring no blacklisting, litigation, arbitration, or legal proceedings against the firm. A valid certificate from BRA confirming no recoverable tax demand and a certificate from FBR/RTO confirming no outstanding tax liability is mandatory. The bid security must accompany the bid in the form of a bank guarantee deposited at call of 4% specified in the name of the undersigned.
