Tender Description
Sindh Police, District Ghotki, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of residential barracks and mess facilities for the financial year 2026-27 under the Special Police Development Schemes (SPDs). The works are to be executed at the designated police sites in Ghotki district. Items being procured:
- Construction of 2 residential barracks and mess (estimated cost: Rs. 8,000,000; bid security: Rs. 400,000)
The technical scope includes all civil works, finishing, and associated utilities as per the approved drawings and specifications. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above for the year 2026-27. Firms must also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and provide valid CNIC, NTN, and relevant experience certificates. Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or CDR must be attached with the bid. The deadline for submission of technical and financial proposals is 26 October 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:30 PM on the same day at the office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ghotki. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
