Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Roads Communication Works PP&H Department Lasbela invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of multiple B.T roads in Bela District Lasbela for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 with a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

- Construction of B.T Road Mulla Muhammad Sidiq to Ahmed Chanal Goth U.C Jaffar Wala Thesil Bela 1.00 KM
- Construction of B.T Road Main RCD Road to Jama Masjid Jam Yousuf Abad Danda Thesil Bela 0.50 KM
- Construction of B.T Road Nimani Road to Haji Younis Mouza Rajal Goth U.C Ismailani Thesil Bela
- Construction of B.T Link Road Sarenwari Goth to Moosan Goth U.C Ismailani Thesil Bela
- Construction of B.T Road Goth Malwani Mouza Karhore U/C Sherish Pat Tehsil Bela 3 KM Phase 1
The works involve road construction on percentage rates basis as per PSDP Nos. 1231/Z2026.0656, 1230/Z2026.0652, 1229/Z2026.0650, 1228/Z2026.0646, and 147/Z2026.0655 respectively. The site is located in Bela District Lasbela, Balochistan.
Eligibility criteria and detailed bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from www.bppra.gob.pk or obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Roads Communication Works PP&H Department Lasbela upon payment of the prescribed tender fee. Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB.
Earnest Money of 2% and Tender Fee of 1000 PKR are mandatory for each work. Bids must be submitted by 03 September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with tender opening at 01:00 PM on the same day.
