Widening and Rehabilitation of B/T Road from Awaran Main Road to Lanjar Jhaoo Awaran 10 KM

The Executive Engineer Provincial B&R District Awaran invites bids from eligible bidders for the widening and rehabilitation of the B/T road from Awaran Main Road to Lanjar Jhaoo Awaran covering 10 KM under PSDP No. 1180 / Z2026.0116 for the year 2026 based on the composite schedule rates 2023 with a bid security of 2% and tender fee of Rs. 2000. Items being procured: - Widening and rehabilitation of B/T road from Awaran Main Road to Lanjar Jhaoo Awaran 10 KM Procurements will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Tax Payer List, non-blacklisting by any procuring agency, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, completion of at least 3 similar works with a minimum turnover of Rs. 205,838,814 PKR in the last 3 years, and financial capacity to complete 3 schemes with valid completion certificates. Mandatory submission of Call Deposit (CDR)/Bank Guarantee Green Challan Receipt, NTN, BRA is required. Bidders must have completed at least 50% of ongoing projects with cost not less than 50% of the estimated cost in the last 5 years. Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation, and no failure to sign contract in last 5 years is also required.
