Construction of Car Parking Shed at Sihala Installation

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the construction of a car parking shed at Sihala Installation. The color shade must be approved by the client before final application. Eligibility criteria include use of first-class approved materials, site visit by vendors before quoting, strict adherence to PSO safety and security rules including provision of PPEs, and compliance with HSE guidelines. All tools, consumables, and transportation for execution are to be arranged by the contractor. Payment will be made based on actual quantities executed. The work must be completed within 30 days of service order issuance. Liquidated damages of up to 10% of the work order amount apply for delays.
