Construction of CC Paver at Village Haji Muhammad Bux Chachar Ward No.01 MC Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites sealed bids for the construction of CC Paver at Village Haji Muhammad Bux Chachar Ward No.01 MC Ghotki. This tender is specifically for civil works involving the preparation and laying of cement concrete pavers with detailed scope including filling, watering and ramming earth under floor, preparation of sub-base course with stone metal, supply of hard murrum, fixing cement paving blocks of specified size and strength, and cement concrete plain works. Items being procured: - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (13500 cft) - Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2"-2" gauge (3000 cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (1020 cft) - Providing & fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm (6000 sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (240 cft) The technical scope requires compliance with PWD/PHE specifications and use of approved quality materials from specified quarries. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration (where applicable), active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, minimum turnover of Rs. 4 million over last five years, submission of bid security at 5%, and submission of audited financial statements and bank statements for last three years. Bidders must submit bids electronically on EPADS portal and deliver original tender fee and bid security instruments to the Municipal Committee Ghotki office before the deadline. The bid opening will be held on 27th October 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Chairman Municipal Committee Ghotki. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee. The contract period is 24 months with liquidated damages of 0.35% per day for late completion. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope.
