Providing & Laying Water Supply Line P.E Pipe at Near Nabi Bux Jatoi Village to Paper Factory in UC # 86 TMC Tando Fazal HMC

The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites sealed bids for the work of providing and laying a water supply line using P.E pipes at near Nabi Bux Jatoi Village to Paper Factory in UC # 86 TMC Tando Fazal, Hyderabad. This tender is part of the ADP 2026-27 funded by Sindh Government under own sources fund for public welfare. Items being procured: - Excavation for pipeline trenches and pits in soft soils including trimming, dressing, levelling, cutting joint holes and disposal of surplus earth - Providing fence guards, lights, flags and temporary crossings for non-vehicular traffic - Providing, laying and fixing high density polyethylene (HDPE-100) pipes confirming to ISO 4427/DIN8074/8075 standards - P.E special bends (160mm and 110mm) - Slab ends (160mm) - PE Reducor (200x160 and 110x90 mm) - Butt fusion joints - Refilling excavated trenches with watering and ramming for full compaction The technical scope includes excavation, pipe laying, jointing, testing and refilling as per specifications and standards. The site is located in Tando Fazal area under Hyderabad Municipal Corporation jurisdiction. The contract period is 12 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, NTN certificate, SRB registration and registration on E-PADs portal. Earnest money of 5% of estimated cost in the form of pay order in favor of DEPOSIT FUND FOR SECURITY HMC is mandatory. Bidding documents can be downloaded from E-Pads portal.
