Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Bright School to Wadero Ali Hassan Chachar House Kalma Chowk Road in Ghotki, Sindh. This tender is for civil works involving construction and water supply & sanitation components. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling around structure with excavated earth (1002.70 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (501.35 P.Cft) - Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (185 P.Rft) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (693.75 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' height, 1/2" thick (1110.00 P.Sft) - R.C.C work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels and other structural members (88.44 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete including cutting, bending, laying in position, making joints and fastenings (3.55 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (7400.0 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2"-2" gauge (1850.0 P.Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (629.0 P.Cft) - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring 197 x 97 x 60 mm (3700.0 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (261.8 P.Cft) The technical scope includes excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, reinforcement fabrication, earth filling, sub-base preparation, and paving block installation. The site is in Ghotki and works must comply with PWD/PHE specifications. Eligibility requires PEC registration where applicable, active NTN and SRB registration, sales tax registration, relevant experience of at least 5 years with similar works, minimum turnover of Rs. 4 million over last 5 years, bank statements for last 3 years, and submission of 5% bid security. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS with original tender fee Rs. 2000 and bid security delivered before deadline. The deadline for submission is 05 August 2026 at 09:00 AM with bid opening at 10:00 AM same day at Municipal Committee Ghotki office. The contract duration is 24 months with liquidated damages of 0.35% of estimated cost per day of delay.
