Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Fazul Rehman to Ghulam Rasool Malik Tanwari Street Ward No.09 MC Ghotki

Municipal Committee Ghotki invites sealed bids for the construction of CC Paver and surface drain at Fazul Rehman to Ghulam Rasool Malik Tanwari Street, Ward No.09, MC Ghotki. This tender is for civil works including excavation, cement concrete, brick work, plastering, RCC work, and steel reinforcement as per detailed specifications and drawings. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation including dressing and refilling - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Construction of standard open drains with cement concrete cunette blocks - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth - Cement plaster 1:6 up to 12' height - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, lintels - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor - Sub-base course preparation with stone metal - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing The technical scope covers all civil works as per PWD/PHE specifications. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration (where applicable), active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, minimum turnover of Rs. 4 million over last 5 years, bank statements for last 3 years, and submission of 5% bid security. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS portal with original tender fee and bid security delivered to the Municipal Committee Ghotki office before the deadline. Tender opening will be held on 27th October 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Chairman Municipal Committee Ghotki. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the instructions to bidders and ensure all mandatory documents and affidavits are submitted. Earnest money in the form of pay order/call deposit/bank guarantee is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days. Conditional and incomplete bids will be rejected.
