Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Main Road to Abdul Hakeem Chachar House Village Islamabad MC Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites sealed bids for the construction of CC Paver and surface drain at Main Road to Abdul Hakeem Chachar House Village Islamabad MC Ghotki. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building bridges and other structures including dressing and refilling (813.00 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge (341.46 P.Cft) - Constructing standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (200.00 P.Rft) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth (562.50 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' height (900.00 P.Sft) - R.C.C work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels (106.76 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete (4.29 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor (6750.0 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2"-2" gauge (2250.0 P.Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (765.0 P.Cft) - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring 197 x 97 x 60 mm (4500.0 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (187.5 P.Cft) The technical scope includes all civil works as per PWD/PHE specifications, with no premium on non-schedule items. The site is located in Ghotki, Sindh province. The contract duration is 24 months from the commencement date. Bidders must have PEC registration where applicable, valid NTN and SRB registration, and demonstrate relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each in the last five years. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS portal by 27th October 2026 at 11:30 AM. The original tender fee of Rs. 2000 and bid security must be delivered to the Municipal Committee Ghotki office before the deadline. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
