Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Bright School to Wadero Ali Hassan Chachar House Kalma Chowk Road by Municipal Committee Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites sealed bids for the construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain from Bright School to Wadero Ali Hassan Chachar House at Kalma Chowk Road, Ghotki. This procurement is for civil works under the supervision of Municipal Committee Ghotki in Sindh province. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dressing and refilling - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Construction of standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar - Cement plaster 1:6 up to 12' height - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels and other structural members - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete including cutting, bending and laying - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth - Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2"-2" gauge - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring of specified size and strength - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing The technical scope includes all civil works related to construction of CC paver and surface drains as per PWD/PHE specifications. The site is located at Kalma Chowk Road, Ghotki. The contract duration is 24 months from the written order to commence work. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration (where applicable), active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% estimated cost, minimum turnover of Rs. 4 million over last 5 years, bank statements for last 3 years, and submission of 5% bid security. Bidders must submit bids electronically on EPADS portal and deliver original tender fee and bid security before the deadline. The tender fee is Rs. 2000/- non-refundable. Earnest money of 5% of estimated cost is required in the form of call deposit, pay order or bank guarantee. Bids will be opened on 27th October 2026 at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of Municipal Committee Ghotki. The bid validity period is 90 days. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope. Taxes including 8% income tax and 5% SRB will be deducted as per rules.
