Repair, Maintenance, Servicing and Installation Works at Executive Buildings Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on percentage basis from firms having valid PEC License in relevant category and registered with FBR for works to be executed via EPADS v2.0 portal in Islamabad. The tender covers multiple repair, maintenance, servicing, and installation works at executive buildings in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Repair, Maintenance, Servicing, and Descaling of Chiller No. 1 & 2 installed at Executive Building - Repair and Maintenance work Civil and Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) in Rooms No. 334-A (Library) at Executive Office Building - Repair and Maintenance of Package Type Air Conditioners RAC-II, RAC-V, RAC VI, AC-12, Meeting room AC, with allied works at Executive Building - Installation of Critical Power Backup System to eliminate the feeder shifting time at Executive Building - Replacement of Electric Water Boiler for Swimming Pool at Executive Building These works involve civil, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance and installation tasks at the executive buildings in Islamabad. The scope includes descaling chillers, civil and E&M repairs, servicing air conditioners, installing power backup systems, and replacing electric water boilers. Eligible bidders must have a valid PEC license in the relevant category and be registered with FBR. Earnest money as specified for each work must be submitted via call deposit receipt (CDR) in favor of Deputy Director (E&M), PMOH, CDA. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bid security and certificates on EPADS and submit original CDRs at least one day before tender opening. The last date and time for uploading tenders is 26-10-2026 at 11:30 A.M, and tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Director, Maintenance of Public Buildings, CDA, located at Prime Minister's Office (Public) Building.
