Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Abdul Samad Pathan House Street Ward No 08 MC Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites sealed bids for the construction of CC Paver and surface drain at Abdul Samad Pathan House Street Ward No 08 MC Ghotki. This procurement is for civil works including excavation, cement concrete, brick work, plastering, RCC work, and steel reinforcement as per PWD/PHE specifications. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings and structures - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast - Construction of standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth - Cement plaster 1:6 - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor - Sub-base course preparation with stone metal - Cement paving blocks flooring - Cement concrete plain The technical scope covers complete civil works for surface drains and CC paver as per detailed drawings and specifications. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration (where applicable), active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, minimum turnover of Rs. 4 million over last 5 years, bank statements for last 3 years, and submission of 5% bid security. Bidders must submit bids electronically on EPADS portal and deliver original tender fee and bid security to the Municipal Committee Ghotki office before the deadline. The tender fee is Rs. 2000 non-refundable. Bids will be opened on 27th October 2026 at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The contract duration is 24 months with liquidated damages of 0.35% per day. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
