Construction of 10 Classrooms and Wooden Partitions for Faculty Seating at Pak-Austria Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology Mang Haripur

Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), Mang, Haripur invites sealed bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with PEC and KPRA in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 on single stage single envelope procedure for the following works: Items being procured: - Construction of Classrooms (10 Nos) - Wooden Partitions for Faculty Seating in C2, C1 and A2 The construction of classrooms involves building 10 new classrooms at the institute site in Mang, Haripur. The wooden partitions are required for faculty seating areas in blocks C2, C1, and A2, enhancing the workspace environment. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in category C4 and above for classrooms and category C6 for wooden partitions. Earnest money is required at 2% of the engineer estimate/cost. Tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in the name of Rector, PAF-IAST must be submitted to the Procurement Office prior to tender opening. Tender documents with detailed instructions, scope, terms, and conditions are available free of cost electronically at http://www.paf-iast.edu.pk/ and EPADS-KPPRA portal www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders quoting up to 10% below engineer estimate must submit 2% bid security. Those quoting 10-20% below must submit an additional 8% security. Bids more than 20% below require additional bid security equal to the differential amount along with detailed rate analysis. Non-compliance will lead to bid rejection. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by the deadlines below. Manual bids will not be accepted. Opening of bids will be on the same day after submission deadline in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders.
