The technical scope includes comprehensive sanitation infrastructure development in the specified urban and surrounding areas, ensuring improved public health and environmental conditions. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status and comply with all eligibility criteria including PEC registration and FBR/ATL status. Earnest money of 2% of the engineer's estimated cost is required as bid security. Bids must be submitted/uploaded through the EPADS portal before the deadline. The last date and time for bid submission is 13th October 2026 at 11:00 hours, with technical bids opening on the same day at 11:30 hours. Original bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Khyber.
