Construction of Community Based Solar Tubewell at Kharmatu District Kohat

Kohat Irrigation Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms/contractors renewed for the year 2026-27 under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 using single stage one envelope procedure via E-PAD system. Items being procured: - Construction of Community based solar tubewell at Kharmatu in District Kohat - Drilling of Trial Bore and its conversion into Tubewell - Construction of Pump House Diggi and boundary wall This project is funded under CSR Funds (2025-26) provided by MOL. The work involves civil construction and installation of solar powered tubewell system at the specified site. The scope includes drilling, tubewell conversion, and building associated infrastructure such as pump house and boundary wall. Eligible bidders must have PEC specialization codes CEO4 full or CEO4(v) or CEO9 full or CEO9(ii). All bidders must have valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and submit 2% earnest money as bid security in the form of original call deposit before bid submission deadline. Bidding documents are available for download from E-Pad, department and KPPRA websites (www.irrigation.gkp.pk and www.kppra.gov.pk) and must be uploaded on E-PADs system. Non-compliance will lead to disqualification. The bid submission deadline is 16th October 2026 up to 12:00 noon, with opening at 12:30 PM on the same day.
