The site is located at the graveyard in Ghotki, Sindh. The contract duration is 24 months with a penalty of 0.35% of estimated cost per day of delay, capped at 10%. Eligibility criteria require registration with PEC, active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience, and financial soundness with audited reports and bank statements. PEC registration must reflect employed civil and electrical engineers with requisite experience. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, submitted as pay order or call deposit.
