The projects include construction at Bajoro Koroona Maina Colony, Danish Colony, Bagh-E-Erum, N/C Bijli Ghar, Haji Koroona, Pohan Colony Baghdada, Roria Jadeed, Roria Qadeem, and Janaz Gaah at Shakar Mory U/C Gujar Garhi. The total estimated cost for these combined works is approximately **PKR 26.15 Million**.
The technical scope covers civil construction activities such as building drains, streets, culverts, and retaining walls at specified urban sites. These works are critical for improving local infrastructure and drainage systems to enhance community living standards. The contractor must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must be enlisted with the Local Council Board and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for the financial year 2025-26. Active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates are mandatory.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by **13th May 2026 at 11:30 AM**, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 12:00 PM at the TMA Mardan office. Earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost is required with each bid. The tender documents must be duly signed and sealed, and bidders should ensure all submissions are complete to avoid disqualification. Manual submission of hard copies along with electronic bids is also mandatory.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully verify the bid security requirements and ensure the original CDR is submitted both electronically and in hard copy to avoid rejection. Early preparation and submission through EPADS will help avoid last-minute technical issues and ensure compliance with all tender conditions.
