Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in DIKhan Division ADP 250920 (2025-26) District DIKhan

The Public Health Engineering Division DIKhan is inviting technical and financial proposals from prequalified firms of the PHE Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of various solar-based pumping machineries. The procurement is specifically for the construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation schemes in DIKhan Division under ADP 250920 for the financial year 2025-26, covering 16 schemes in District DIKhan. Items being procured: - Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation schemes in DIKhan Division (16 schemes) This tender involves comprehensive civil works related to water supply and sanitation infrastructure, including the integration of solar pumping machinery to enhance water accessibility and sustainability. The scope covers all technical aspects from supply to commissioning, ensuring functional and efficient water systems. Eligible bidders must be prequalified with the PHE Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and should submit a double envelope bid comprising separate technical and financial proposals. The financial proposal must include a complete firm profile with photocopies of CNIC, PEC Registration Certificate, Renewal Receipt, Enlistment Certificate, and active Taxpayer Certificate of FBR and KPPRA. Tender security as per KPPRA rules must be enclosed in the financial proposal envelope. A tender fee of 0.03% of the bid cost in the form of CDR is required. The last date for submission of bids is **14.08.2026 up to 12:00 Noon**. Bids must be sent through courier to the undersigned office before the closing time. Financial bids will be opened one hour after the closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All terms and conditions will follow KPPRA rules, PEC, SBDs, and relevant laws.
