Tender Description
Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites E-bids from contractors for construction works under a Single Stage - Single Envelope (SSSE) bidding procedure as per National Competitive Bidding (NCB) rules and PPRA 2004 regulations. The tenders cover multiple duct line construction projects with manholes at various locations in Islamabad under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO.
Items being procured:
- Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from F-6 Grid Station to House No. 52 F-6/1 (Part-I) amounting to Rs. 17,089,136
- Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from House No. 54 NDR Road to near Customer Service Centre (Part-II) amounting to Rs. 16,055,896
- Construction of 2x2 & 2x3 duct line with manholes from China Chowk to Embassy Road D-Chowk and opposite Pak Secretariat to Kohsar Complex (Part-III) amounting to Rs. 12,825,818
- Construction of 2x2 duct line with manholes from Ali Tech Virtual G-5/2 Gate No. 7 (Part-IV) amounting to Rs. 16,916,430
- Construction of 2x2 duct line with manholes from P.M Staff Colony to Bari Imam Road (Part-V) amounting to Rs. 16,801,810
- Construction of 2x2 duct line with manholes from Margallah Avenue Chowk to Staff Guest House (Part-VI) amounting to Rs. 8,462,829
The works must be executed according to WAPDA/IESCO SDI/Specification under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. The projects involve civil construction of duct lines and manholes to support electrical infrastructure.
Eligibility criteria include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 valid until 30 June 2027, prequalification from Chief Engineer NTDC Lahore, active NTN, GST, and PRA registration, submission of fresh bank statement with 25% balance of BOQ cost, income tax returns for FY 2025-26, and proven experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government/autonomous/private housing sectors. Financial criteria for the last three years must be met with audited statements.
The tender closing dates are 22 October 2026 for tenders 41 to 44 and 23 October 2026 for tenders 45 and 46, with bid opening shortly after submission deadlines. Bidders should ensure timely submission of technical and financial bids electronically as per instructions.
