Tender Description
The Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD) Tehsil Tangi invites sealed electronic bids through the EPADS portal for the solarization work of Masjid Abdul Aziz Tala Shah located in UC Ziam, Tehsil Tangi, District Charsadda. This procurement is based on the Single stage single envelope procedure and is open to government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year.

The scope includes the complete solarization of the mosque, involving supply and installation of solar panels and related electrical works to ensure sustainable energy supply. The project site is in Charsadda district, requiring contractors to have relevant PEC registration and specialty codes for electrical and civil works. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipts (CDRs) favoring the Assistant Director LG&RDD Tangi. The original bid security and additional security details must be couriered to the Assistant Director LG&RDD office located at the old PEF College Tangi before bid closing.
The last date for submission of electronic bids is 19th October 2026 at 12:00 pm, with bid opening scheduled for 19th October 2026 at 12:30 pm. Online clarifications can be sought until 15th October 2026 by 5:00 pm. Bidders must ensure their PEC, FBR, and KPRA registrations are valid for the current financial year. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
