Construction, Improvement, Reconditioning and Black Topping of 30Km Link Roads LA-27, LA-28 and LA-29 District Muzaffarabad

The Communication and Works Department Muzaffarabad is procuring extensive road construction, improvement, reconditioning and black topping works covering approximately 30 kilometers of link roads in District Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. This tender includes multiple packages for link roads such as Jabra-Kals Kilgran, Talgran, Konkan, Dhaki Panjoor, Nakka Balgran, Dabrial Chakrain, Link Dokara Jabra, Gorian Saidpur, Chakrian, Ghumat, Rajkot, Chowki, Chithan to Hotrary, Zarai Pat Nasir Sarian, Showal, Datora, Heer Kutli, Lower Khania, Gun Chatter Bala, Mohala Imdad Mughal, Darul Mawada, Bhu Hotrary, Batlian Magri, Richmar Panjkot, Khait Mohala, Main Road Podemar, Noseri, Arlian, Nakka Shaker, Charwaya, Seri Nagher, Lohar Galli, Naroka, Androon Bararkot, Main Road Charota, Near House of Ishtiaq, Androon Upper Plate, Shah Jahan Hotel, Androon Abbysal, Ejaz Gillani Filling Station, Nava Mohalla, Dolat Colony, Main Tanga Stand, Khabbal Galli, Gulshan Colony, and Abbottabad Road among others. The technical scope involves civil works including construction, reconditioning, black topping, and improvement of link roads with lengths varying from 0.25 km to 2.85 km per package. The total estimated cost is approximately PKR 1.2 billion. The contract duration is 24 months for all packages. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in appropriate categories C-4 and above or C-5 and above as specified per package. Firms must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar road works is essential.
