Construction Improvement Reconditioning and Blacktopping of 30Km Link Roads in Sudhnoti District

The Communication and Works Department of Azad Jammu and Kashmir is procuring construction improvement, reconditioning, and blacktopping services for 30 kilometers of link roads in Sudhnoti District. The project is divided into two packages: Package #8 covering 2.5 km including 2.8 km Nali to Kac Mong Road, 0.8 km Ochal Mor to Malik Altaf Muhalla Road, 0.5 km Mong Bal Khan Bazar to Trappa Road, and 0.5 km Dhangroo Kalsian to Shahra e Kashmir Road; and Package #10 covering 2 km including Kund Gala to Top Road and Link Lahri Bhati Road. The estimated costs are PKR 64.623 million and PKR 48.510 million respectively, with a completion period of 24 months for each package. Bidders must be licensed contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and above, and have endorsement in Civil and Works for the fiscal year 2025-26. Firms must be registered with FBR and ATL. The bidding process follows the Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding system, with electronic submission of bids and scanned copies of bid security deposit receipts required. The bid security amounts are PKR 1.939 million and PKR 1.455 million respectively. Hard copies of original bank receipts and other documents must be submitted within 48 hours after bid opening. The deadline for bid submission and opening is 25th May 2026 at 11:30 AM.
