Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, C&W Division No-I Swat at Saidu Sharif, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors under the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to 24-06-2025. The procurement is for construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of various BT roads in Swat district. Items being procured:
- Construction / Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Totano Bandai Jrando Road 1.5 KM
- Construction / Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Sharifey Mandosa Road 2 KM
- Construction / Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Canal Road Majid Abad Town Ship 1.2 KM
- Construction / Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Aligrama Link Road 1.5 KM
- Construction / Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Sarkhazana Manja Road 1.5 KM
- Construction / Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Kotlai Melagah 1.5 KM

The technical scope includes civil works for road construction and widening, rehabilitation of existing bituminous roads, and highway sub-division construction. The estimated costs range from Rs. 37.84 million to Rs. 70 million per project. Bid security in the form of CDR from local banks is required and must be uploaded electronically with the e-bid on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Original call deposit copies must be enclosed in the technical proposal and submitted before the closing date.
Eligibility requires PEC registration in category C-4 and above or C-5 and above depending on the work, registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013, and relevant experience in road construction. Qualification documents can be obtained from the office on payment of Rs. 2500 (non-refundable) until 28-07-2026 17:00 hours.
The last date for bid submission is **29-07-2026 at 12:00 hours**, with technical bids opening the same day at 14:00 hours at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division No-I Swat. The financial bid will be opened after technical bid approval.
