Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its Building Division in Charsadda, invites eligible contractors to participate in the procurement process for the construction of a Lawyer Shed in Tehsil Tangi Bar District Charsadda. This tender is being conducted via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) under the single stage single envelope procedure as per KPPRA procurement rules 2014.

The project involves civil construction work for a lawyer shed, requiring contractors with PEC category C-6 and above. The estimated cost for this work is Rs. 5.239 Million. Bidders must provide a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost plus stamp duty and a tender entry fee of 0.03% of the estimated cost. The completion period will be as per the work order.
Interested firms must be registered with FBR and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a CDR in favor of the procuring entity through the E-PADS system. Contractors quoting bids up to 10% below the engineer's estimate shall submit bid security at 2% of the engineer's estimate. Those quoting between 10% and 20% below must submit an additional 8% security. Bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the differential amount along with detailed rate analysis.
