Punjab Seed Corporation (PSC) invites online bids for various civil works at its plants and farms across Punjab. The procurement is open to construction contractors, firms, and builders registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the Communication & Works Department (C&W) Government of Punjab in the relevant category. The works include construction, repair, maintenance, and waterproofing at multiple PSC locations including Khanewal, Sahiwal, Rahim Yar Khan, Piplan, and Toba Tek Singh. Items being procured: - Paint work of intake shed & kachra shed outside main store at PSC Plant Khanewal - Waterproofing treatment of main store at PSC Plant Khanewal - Repair & maintenance/improvement of office block at PSC Plant Khanewal - Construction of 5 no. culverts (Puliyan) at PSC Farms Khanewal - Construction of tractor shed of workshop at PSC Farms Khanewal - Construction of turbine room, water course and water tank/khaada at PSC Farms Khanewal - Construction of boundary wall at PSC Farms Khanewal - Construction of boundary wall 9" thick & 1500 ft length backside of PSC Farms Khanewal - Waterproofing treatment of 4 nos. stores at PSC Plant Sahiwal - Cement plaster of walls of 2 nos. pre-stores, roof kachra, technical, pesticide and machinery store room at PSC Plant Sahiwal - Fire hydrant pipe line at PSC Plant Sahiwal - Repair & maintenance of residences of officers/officials at PSC Plant Colony Sahiwal - Repair & maintenance of platform at PSC Farm Workshop Sahiwal - Re-construction of tilted boundary wall at colony PSC Farm Colony Sahiwal - Construction of boundary wall against Kachi Abadi Chak no.92/9-L PSC Farms Sahiwal - Repair & maintenance of residences of officers/officials at PSC Farm Colony Sahiwal - Construction of sewerage line of office block at PSC Plant Rahim Yar Khan - Construction of stores along with 2 sides verandah at PSC Plant Piplan District Mianwali - Construction of pre-cast boundary wall and electric installation at PSC Farm Toba Tek Singh - Construction of farm office and 1 no. store at PSC Farms Toba Tek Singh - Construction of sewerage line (culverts, chamber & huddies), turbine surface water tank and water course at PSC Farm Toba Tek Singh - External development (soling) at PSC Farms Toba Tek Singh The technical scope covers civil construction and maintenance works including boundary walls, waterproofing, plastering, pipe lines, and store buildings at multiple PSC sites. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or higher and comply with FBR/ATL registration requirements. Earnest money (2% bid security) is required as per the estimated cost of each lot. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. Bidders must submit proposals online only through the Punjab E-procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) by October 13th, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submission of bids is not allowed. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
