Construction, Painting, and Repair Works at Pakistan Railways Multan Division

Pakistan Railways Multan Division invites electronic bids for various construction, painting, and repair works under Composite Schedule of Rates-2016 (Multan Division) & 2021-22 (Electric) for the year 2025-26. The procurement is open to contractors holding a valid PEC license and registered on the active Taxpayers list (ATL) of FBR. Bidders must submit bids through the e-bidding system with scanned bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee. Items being procured: - Construction of 07 leased out shops (size 12'x15'x11') at Pakkattan station and Machinwal yard - Construction of 04 leased out commercial shops near Chishtian Station - Construction of 10 leased out shops at Faqirwali yard and Kichiwala station - Up-gradation of class-III level crossing No.196 to class-I level crossing at Kalur Kot-Piplan stations - Replacement of damaged RCC slab and repair to substructure of RCC slab Bridge No.113 at Meharshah station - Painting of down platform shelter at Samasatta Railway station - Painting of platform shelters at Shorkot Cantt Railway Station - Painting of platform shelters at Shahneeabad Railway Station - Painting of foot over bridges at Shorkot Cantt and Jhang Saddar Railway Stations - Supply of Bitumen/Asphalt Grade 80/100 for road surfacing - Supply of Ordinary Cement (D.G) for road surfacing The works include civil construction, painting of platform shelters and foot over bridges, repair of RCC slabs, and supply of bitumen and cement for road surfacing at various railway stations and yards in Multan Division. The projects vary in duration from 15 days to 4 months depending on the lot. Eligibility requires PEC category C-6 or above with CE-10 for most works, and C-6 or above for painting works. Bid security amounts vary per lot. Bidders must be registered with FBR and submit earnest money in the form of CDR. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated under the single stage single envelope system. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS V.2.0 by 12:00 noon on 14 November 2026. Opening of bids will be at 12:30 hours in the chamber of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Multan, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
