Construction of Pakistan Asan Khidmat Center at Skardu

The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan through its Project Management Unit (PMU) at Pakistan Asan Khidmat Center (PAKC) Skardu invites sealed bids for the construction of the Pakistan Asan Khidmat Center at Skardu. This project is funded by the Federal Government through PSDP and aims to establish a modern facility to serve the public efficiently in Skardu city. Items being procured: - Construction works under Contract No. PE-PAKC-SKD/IB/2026-27/01 The contract requires firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with a minimum category of C-2 and specialized codes including CE-01, CE-10, CE-11, EE-11, EE-11(ii), EE-11(vi), EE-03(i), EE-09, ME-01, and ME-03. The completion period for the project is 12 months with an earnest money/bid security of Rs. 28.8 Million. Eligible bidders can obtain bidding documents from the Project Engineer Office PAKC Skardu or Project Director Office at Shagharthang-Astore Road Project, Main JSR, Kachura Skardu. Documents are available from 29th October to 11th November 2026. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 40,000 is required for the bidding documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 5th November 2026 at 11:00 am (PST) at the Project Engineer Office PAKC Skardu. Bids (technical and financial) must be submitted by 11:00 am (PST) on 12th November 2026 at the same office. Bids will be opened at 11:30 am (PST) on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. The technical bid must include a bid security in the form of a CDR from a scheduled bank in favor of the Project Engineer, PAKC Skardu. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per GB-PPRA Rule-36. This tender is also available on the GB-PPRA website (www.gbppra.gov.pk).
